Practice:
● Monday thru Friday 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. except on the days that we have swim meets.
● For the Championships- practices will be announced.

Fees:
Same as Swim Team - Note: fee covers participation in both swimming and diving.

Diving Age Groups:
● For dual meets, the age groups are:
10/under boys &10/under girls
12/under boys &12/under girls
13/over boys &13/over girls
● For the diving championships, 8&U boys and 8&U girls will be added.

Dive requirement for dual meets
● 10/under- 3 dives
1 Voluntary- from the forward category*
2 Optional-one must be from a category other than forward
(for anyone competing at league age 8/under a front jump can be used at a 1.0 degree of difficulty, not to be scored higher than a 3)
● 12/under-4 dives
1 Voluntary -from the forward category*
3 Optional- 1 must come a category other than forward
● 13/over- 4 dives
1 Voluntary -from the forward category*
3 Optional- 2 must come from a category other than forward

Championships
● 8/under- 3 dives
1 Voluntary -from the forward category*
2-Optional- one must be from a category other than forward
● 10/under- 3 dives
1 Voluntary -from the forward category*
2 Optional- 1 must be from a category other than forward
● 12/ under-4 dives
1 Voluntary -from the forward category*
3 Optional- must cover 3 different categories
● 13/over- 5 dives
