The Woodbridge Club is available to our members for birthday parties and small outings.

Parties require at least two weeks advance notice and must be set up by the host (staff will assist) in the picnic area or on the deck attached to the clubhouse. In most cases when no additional staff is required, only guest fees for nonmembers will be charged.

BANQUET FACILITIES

The banquet hall and lounge are available for rental to both members and nonmembers for larger parties and receptions. In general these facilities are not used during the day when the club is open. Our banquet hall, lounge, bar, and lavatories have been completely renovated in 2003. New tables and chairs have been purchased, with the main hall able to easily accommodate up to 160 people for receptions. Installation of a new heating system makes the clubhouse available during the winter. In addition our lounge may be used for smaller gatherings. We do have catering services by Legendary Events, but outside caterers may be used with additional charges and added rental fees for use of the commercial kitchen. The small club kitchen may be used at no additional cost, but is appropriate only for warming and setting up food service. Reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis with a deposite to hold a date. If you are planning a party or reception please contact our business manager.
